Partner Profile: BecA-ILRI Hub
NC State’s in-depth partnerships with leading international institutions, consortia, and research hubs around the world create globally-engaged and experienced scientists. The university signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Biosciences eastern and central Africa – International Livestock Research Institute (BecA-ILRI) Hub in 2016 to increase international collaboration of research on African agricultural challenges.
Spotlight: Anne Njoroge, Borlaug Fellow
Anne was selected in the Borlaug Fellowship Program, a very competitive program for mid-career scientists from developing and middle-income countries, to work with Dr. Jean Ristaino at NC State.
