Description of Work
Lead and Manage the Entrepreneur Initiative for Food Program. Assist entrepreneurs by providing process recommendations for various food products, navigate food regulations, and promote NC Food and Agriculture.
Research Interests
Mixed Organic Acids and the reduction of pathogenic bacteria in acidified foods.
