We work on a broad scale – from partnering with agencies to develop appropriate regulations, collaborating with companies to improve food products, and helping children eat healthier foods.
Our ndergraduate and graduate students team with faculty to drive our research, promote the development processes, nutritional attributes, and overall safety of food products globally.
