The FBNS Stevenson Lab creates and evaluates innovative online education and training solutions that serve university students and food manufacturing businesses. Our lab’s emphasis on leadership and teamwork means that we work together with NC State faculty, graduate students, undergraduates, other academic institutions, and community partners to build and implement evidence-based training and educational activities. Beyond educating and motivating, our ultimate aim is to improve food safety practices.
