U-Shape (tables arranged in a U) - up to 24 seats in one seminar room. 4-6 additional seats added with each additional seminar room combined

Theater (chairs facing a presenter) - up to 44 seats per seminar room

Banquet (round tables) - up to 4 tables per seminar room, with 8 chairs at each table

Clusters/Pods (tables in groups) - up to 4 pods of 6 seats, for 24 seats total per seminar room

Note that Rave! Catering is the preferred caterer for NC State events. PSI Administration will need to approve the use of a different caterer. Additionally, consumption of alcohol on NC State University property requires prior approval of the dean of College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Please note that serving of alcohol is strictly limited to no more than two hours and must be served by a licensed bar tender.
