Sensory evaluation techniques with an emphasis on descriptive analysis and development of food and beverage lexicons. I maintain an external contract panel trained in descriptive analysis to identify and quantify appearance, flavor and texture attributes. Our projects provide critical data to both university research investigators and private industry.
