- Isolation and characterization of bioactive components, qualitative identification and quantitative analysis of constituents in natural products,
- The systemic architecture that controls inflammation and tissue regeneration processes, and small molecules with novel health benefits, especially in regards to fundamental and applied relevance to skincare and muscle health,
- Protein-polyphenol colloidal aggregate particles that complexed polyphenols derived from berry with edible plant protein isolate.
