Lopez leads NC State’s Small Fruits and Tobacco IPM Lab, focusing on evaluating precision agriculture tools to manage arthropod pests, particularly emerging and invasive pests. The goal is to facilitate entomological research, monitoring and management through the development of novel tools and strategies available to North Carolina growers.
