Conference Rooms
We have two conference rooms with spectacular views that are perfect for smaller meetings. Each conference room is equipped with a large flat screen TV to use for presentations. Our larger conference room can accommodate up to 20 people and our smaller conference room can accommodate up to 14 people.
*Events or meetings that are N.C. PSI-affiliated, co-sponsored, or otherwise serve the mission of the N.C. PSI may be eligible for full waiving of fees. Requests for fee waivers will be considered by N.C. PSI leadership on a case-by-case basis.
PSB Conference Rooms
The Dickson Foundation Boardroom
Our beautiful, high-tech boardroom provides sweeping views of Centennial Campus and downtown Raleigh. The boardroom is equipped with a large flat screen TV to use for presentations. This space can accommodate up to 26 people with a small space for catering or snacks.

Rental Rates (2025-2026)
Rental fees are a flat rate per day and include the room, furniture as shown in images, and all in-room A/V for the day of your event.

NC State: We invite other NC State departments and units to host events at the PSB, subject to availability. Departments/units outside of the PSI will receive the discounted NC State rate. To confirm the reservation, a project ID and accountant contact information will be required. Please note that your department will only be charged after the event concludes.
External Rate: The standard rate applies to any event group that is not affiliated with an NC State department/unit.
A/V in the Conference Rooms
To use the audiovisual system in the conference room locate the touch panel on the wall, swipe to power it on and select the type of meeting you have.
If everyone is in the room, select “laptop” and plug in the provided HDMI cord to your personal computer.
If you are hosting a virtual meeting, you must select “PC” to connect the camera provided in the room. Log into your PC using your NC State “unity” or guest credentials. Instructions and guest login information can be found next to the touch panel. Search for Zoom and sign in or create an account. You can access your meetings on the side where you can then select “Join Zoom” or select “New Meeting.” After these steps, the camera should turn on, and your meeting will start. When you’re done, be sure to log out. To turn off the TV, locate the panel and select “power off.”

Parking
Guest parking is available in a public pay lot at 851 Partners Way, Raleigh, NC 27606. Be sure to use the public pay lot entrance, not the one for those with NC State permits. Do not back your car into a space; if you do, you will get a ticket. This is a for-pay lot, with signs that indicate ways to pay, using the zone number (2256) and your vehicle’s license plate number.
The Plant Sciences Building is directly in front of the parking deck. Exit the deck toward Partners Way, following the sidewalk toward Oval Drive. The PSB is on the left, and you will enter from either of the front entrances.
IMPORTANT: If you use our building address rather than the parking deck address, you will arrive at the front door to the PSB. All street parking is by permit only, and those without appropriate permits will be ticketed.
