Bio

Swarts’ research areas include technical communication practice, genre, networks and knowledge work. Projects include examining technical communication practices in the context of new and emerging technologies of communication production and distribution. He also works on issues of decision support, particularly on decisions requiring the clear and persuasive communication of data and other technical information.
