These FREE workshops are targeting county Extension Agents and other county professionals involved in agriculture and natural resources. Each workshop will cover all aspects of Shiitake Mushroom Production and include “hands-on” experience where participants will inoculate logs provided by NCA&T.

For safety purposes, each participant need to provide work gloves.
