Event Space Inquiry

My event is not confirmed unless confirmation is received via email from N.C. PSI staff.

Either myself or another individual associated with the event is responsible for:

– Coordinating any catering, food and beverage for the event. (N.C. PSI can help suggest catering and food options if requested.)
– Ensuring that any and all audio visual needs are communicated and agreed to at least one week in advance with N.C. PSI IT.
– Coordinating any materials needed for the event, including posters, displays, printed materials, etc.

Any requests for N.C. PSI staff to assist (beyond initial furniture setup in the room) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is dependent on staff availability, especially short notice requests.
– Any requests for/of PSI staff must be communicated at least one week in advance.
– Short notice or day-of requests may not be able to be accommodated.

The event organizer/team must clean up after the event and leave the space in the condition it was found.
– This means all trash is placed into the appropriate waste receptacles.
– Wipe down any non-linen surfaces.
– If furniture is moved during the event, please put it back into the original configuration.
– Remove all event materials from the premises (unless arrangements made in advance with N.C. PSI staff).
– All doors closed and locked (if applicable).
– N.C. PSI may charge a cleaning fee of $250 if the above conditions are not met.

Any damage or time-sensitive situation (significant spills, etc.) will be promptly reported to the designated N.C. PSI staff contact.
