Since college, Joanna Eglinton realized she wanted to remain in academia for as long as possible. She earned a master’s degree in higher education administration and has served in higher education ever since. She began working in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences as an academic advisor and transitioned to a leadership position on the CALS recruiting and prospective student team.
Eglinton is inspired by the following quote: “Students are just as much about what they bring to our university as the environment we create for them.” She strives to support prospective students at the undergraduate and graduate levels, guiding them through their pathway to CALS at North Carolina State University.
