Dr. Hsuan Chen is interested in ornamental plant breeding by versatile technologies, including conventional plant breeding, cytogenetics, ploidy manipulation, molecular marker-assisted selection, and interspecific hybridization. He is passionate about using his expertise to breed ornamental plants with novel traits, environmental friendliness, and productional efficiency.
