Plenty is a San Francisco based Vertical Farming Startup. Plenty’s mission is to improve the lives of plants, people, and our planet. Indoor vertical farms create the perfect environment for plants, reducing the unpredictability of changing climates. No bleach, no pesticides on our plants. No GMOs. Just pure food that tastes like nature intended. We feed more for less. Plenty farms are designed to increase yield of crops over 350x relative to traditional farming. Plenty condenses hundreds of acres of farmland into the size of a big box retail store.
Plenty’s Director of Plant Science, Dr. Melanie Yelton, as well as Head of R&D Dr. Mike Schwieterman will be visiting NC State University and introduce plenty to students of the Department of Horticultural Science.
