Summary:
The legalization of hemp in North Carolina provided growers with the opportunity to grow a new crop, but they were challenged with limited production information. This offered an exciting opportunity to conduct scientifically-based research. Our research program focused on the greenhouse aspect of commercial hemp production. This seminar will highlight our approach to fill the informational void of plant nutrition research, obtaining research funding and disseminating our information to growers.
