Cline Cellars Viticulture Enology Apprenticeship Internship

In recognition of their relationship with Fred and Nancy Cline of Cline Cellars and Jacuzzi Family Vineyards in Sonoma, California, the Cellars at Betty’s Creek have established a permanent endowed fund.  “When you think of the name Jacuzzi, you think of quality”, say the donors, “we want to honor the Jacuzzi family legacy of producing upscale, high-quality products by establishing a world-class distinguished professorship in viticulture at a great land-grant university like NC State.”

The income from this endowment will be used to support the activities of the Cooperative Extension Agents in Jackson and surrounding counties in the areas of Viticulture, Enology and Horticultural Sciences who will work closely with Cline Cellars Endowed Distinguished Viticulture and Enology Professor and Cooperative Extension Specialists in the areas of viticulture, enology, organic fruits and vegetables, food science, soil science, crop science, plant pathology, and entomology.
