Self-Love vs. Self-Care Online Workshop (With Crafts)

Join the CALS Academic Programs for a conversation about self-love and self-care and how to ensure we take time for ourselves through creativity. We’ll discuss the link between creativity and mental health and talk you through some easy-to-do-at-home “craftivities.” You can access the optional workshop materials and slides in this Google folder. This workshop is led by CALS academic advisor Maeve Coakley. Open to all students, faculty and staff.
