Join CALS for our inaugural CALS Cares Study & Self-Care workshop series in April!
Through lunch & learn workshops, we’ll help you identify ways to practice self-care while also preparing for your finals.
Studying & Sleep: Join Hope McMorran, assistant director for CALS Career Services, as she discusses how the lack of sleep impacts your academic performance and how a good night’s sleep can help you do well on your exams!
In-person spots are limited to 24 participants, so sign up soon to claim your spot! Lunch will be provided during in-person workshops, and goodie bags will be offered to all participants!
