Three students from the Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology — Michael Fisher, Sayed Mashaheet and Sophia Webster — have been named finalists in NC State University’s Three-Minute Thesis Competition.
The international research communication competition challenges Ph.D. students to present a compelling oration on their thesis topic and its significance in just three minutes.
As part of Red and White Week, NC State’s competition takes place from 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 25 in the Duke Energy Hall of Hunt Library. For more information, see go.ncsu.edu/3MT
