Dr. Schroeder-Moreno has recently been appointed as Co-Director of the Center for Environmental Farming Systems (https://cefs.ncsu.edu), formerly held by Dr. Nancy Creamer, Professor in Horticultural Science. Dr. Creamer recently retired from our department. Dr. Schroeder-Moreno envisions synergy and mutual benefits in transferring her tenure home from Crop and Soil Science to The Department of Horticultural Science as part of this process of leading CEFS.
