Renovating and Remodeling the Home Landscape
April 14 | 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm EDT
Join the JC Raulston Arboretum for a six-week course where you’ll learn practical strategies for evaluating, renovating and rejuvenating your garden while keeping what’s working and improving what’s not. We’ll cover how to assess your current plants, decide what to keep and which plants need to go and how to properly remove them — whether it’s trees, weeds or even stubborn turfgrass. You’ll also gain insights into soil health, planting techniques and how to seamlessly integrate new plants into existing beds without disturbing what’s already thriving.
This hybrid course will be available in-person at the arboretum and online via Zoom. Registration is required. If you register to attend the course virtually, you will receive instructions on how to join the class via Zoom. If you can’t make it to every session, no worries. All lectures will be recorded and shared with participants each week, so you won’t miss any valuable content.
