Career Coaching
CALS alumni can sign up as career coaches to guide and inspire students toward defined career goals for a seven-month commitment.
CALS Career Services will pair you with a current CALS student, allowing you to build a one-on-one relationship and provide information, advice and encouragement. As a career coach, you can:
Share your professional expertise.
Become a career champion.
Connect students to industry networks.
Career coaches can also participate in networking events and informational panels hosted by CALS Career Services.
CALS alumni are helping grow the next generation of agricultural and life sciences professionals by sharing their time as career coaches for the CALS Alumni for Student Success Program, offering students encouragement and connections to industry networks.
