Spencer Jacobson

Bio

Spencer Jacobson is a third-year nutrition science student with minors in sports science and food science. Inspired by the many learning moments that type 1 diabetes has provided her for over a decade, Spencer intends to pursue a career in pediatric dietetics, ultimately applying her own experiences, love for helping others, and nutrition knowledge to children with type 1 diabetes. In addition to being a peer career coach, Spencer serves on the ambassador team for the Department of Food, Bioprocessing and Nutrition Sciences, and teaches F45 through Wellness and Recreation. She enjoys running, weightlifting, and testing out new, healthy recipes in the kitchen.
