This project impacted password management, and all previous User Identification and Authorization (UIA) challenge and response questions created prior to May 9, 2017, are no longer valid. State Health Plan Audit

The State Health Plan will be conducting a dependent eligibility verification audit, and you will soon receive a letter from the State Health Plan at your home address. This dependent eligibility audit is comprehensive and applies to all dependent members. The State Health Plan is conducting this audit to ensure that only eligible dependents (legal spouses and dependent children) are enrolled, and they believe this will help with the Plan’s financial liability.
