Faculty Recognition Reporting

This is a reminder to submit names of faculty members in your department who have received significant awards. Please visit the following link and submit the names (your Unity ID is required to access the page):


Please make sure that both the names of the faculty members and the awards are complete and spelled correctly. We will use your data for future documents. Please check existing submissions before entering a new one. (Several of the major awards are already in the system.)

Deadline for submitting names is 5:00 pm, Friday, June 9, 2017.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submit awards received during the period of July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017.
  • Criteria for awards:
    • Must be a college, university, regional, state, national, or international level award
    • Recipient must be a faculty member (field faculty are eligible; Program Assistants are not)
    • This is only for faculty recognition [no non-teaching EPA, SPA etc.]
