Greetings from the Office of International Services (OIS)!

You are receiving this email because you have been a department point of contact for a J-1 Scholar DS-2019 request we’ve received within the last 2 years and we’d like to invite you to attend our next J-1 training. Whether you’re new to the process or a veteran, this training will include something for everyone including some updates and changes that are coming. If you are no longer involved in the J-1 request process but you know someone else who is, please forward this to them. We hope you and/or your colleagues who are involved in the J-1 process will join us.

This session will be geared for administrators who process DS-2019 requests. Session info is below:

Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (we can stick around till 2:30 if there are lots of questions)
