Conflict Leadership with the NC State Faculty & Staff Ombuds
Dealing with conflict in the workplace (and in life) is a leadership skill!
Join Roy Baroff, NC State Faculty & Staff Ombuds, for an introduction to the Ombuds Office and training on how we deal with conflict. Learn about Conflict Styles and that you can actually choose the approach for your situation! Consider how to reframe a conflict from “me versus you” to “us against the problem.”
This will be an interactive session designed for you to try out different conflict styles and other conflict engagement tools!
