Event Navigation

The upcoming CALS Community Conversations series will focus on the effects government elections have on marginalized communities.  Since the latest civil unrest has involved the results of and reactions to the latest presidential election race, this topic is ripe for discussion.  Since in this election many marginalized communities will experience some historic firsts, this will most likely be a topic of major importance to many CALS community members. This will be a discussion about the realities of what marginalized communities can and should expect from elected officials.

The aim of all the CALS Community Conversation series is to provide a safe-to-be-brave discussion space that will make it clear to all groups of every social identity within CALS that diversity and inclusion are among our college’s most cherished and passionately guarded values.
