This meeting invite is relative to the rescheduling of the September 19th meeting to October 17th. The postponing of the September meeting to occur in October was shared in the September edition of the Monthly Compliance Email per the following:

As you know, we are still awaiting information about the State Budget and what the Annual Raise Process will look like. Although we would love to get together with everyone this Thursday, we (CALS HR) think in the best interest of everyone’s time that we postpone the departmental HR representatives meeting until October 17th. We will meet @ 2:30-4:30 in 125 Polk Hall. 


Suggestions so far for our meeting involve the State Budget/ARP and the Background Check Program Updates. Please submit any topics you would like to discuss to your CALS HR representative (Martellis, Lizzy, Jenny, or Angela). We will be sending a Google Calendar Event invite soon and you can view this event on the CALS HR Calendar too. The final agenda will be published on the calendar event as we get closer to October 17th. 


Please note, the location this time will be on NC State campus (125 Polk Hall) and we understand parking will be a challenge for some. There are hourly pay parking lots and spots per the following map: https://transportation.ncsu.edu/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/map-parking.pdf.
