Per the Annual Mandatory Data Security Training 3D Memo from the Chancellor’s Office (dated January 22, 2019) , all university employees (including student employees) are required to complete an Annual Data Security Training. Training will be available the week of February 4, 2019 through REPORTER. 

• Current employees will have 60 days to complete the online training module
• New employees will have 30 days to complete the training module
• Employees must pass an assessment and receive a Certificate of Completion
• Supervisors are required to verify their employees have completed the training module
