Kimchi-Making Workshop With the Agroecology Club
Join the Agroecology Club for a kimchi-making workshop. Participants will make their own take-home kimchi using vegetables from the Agroecology Education Farm. All students, faculty and community members are welcome to attend. Registration is required. Please bring a sealed container, such as a sterile glass jar, to hold your kimchi. Dress in warm clothing in case part of the workshop takes place outdoors.
The workshop is $5 for club members and $10 for nonmembers. You can pay at the door with cash or via Venmo by sending your payment to @joss67. Pre-payment is preferred.
The workshop will be held at Williams Hall. If you drive to the workshop, here are some parking options:
