Forest Bathing at the JC Raulston Arboretum

Join Shawn Ramsey, a certified forest therapy guide, on a two-hour immersive forest bathing experience. Ramsey will encourage you to slow your pace, awaken your senses to the present moment and experience a new way of being in nature.
