About the Animal Health & Nutrition Consortium
The NC State Animal Health & Nutrition Consortium is dedicated to helping the animal health industry accelerate the development of technologies and products that promote animal health and welfare. Our industry members set the research priorities that faculty from across NC State then compete to address. These Consortium calls for proposals are focused on filling pre-competitive knowledge gaps and developing pre-competitive intellectual property that our industry members can then use as the foundation for their proprietary products and services. These solutions cover a wide range of fields and technologies including: control of infectious diseases, vaccination, diagnostics, identification of biomarkers, microbiome modulators, digital sensors, monitors, and AI decision support systems.
