Research and Extension Interests
- Provide training and leadership to county agents in the Coastal Plain region of North Carolina.
- Develop extension and research programs related to climate smart soil management strategies.
- Tillage strategies for corn, soybean, and wheat for the Blacklands.
- Working on issues and strategies related to soil health, carbon sequestration, and saltwater intrusion.
- Regenerative agriculture practices for higher yield return and optimum soil health.
- Soil management trainings.
