The American PreVeterinary Medical Association (APVMA) is a national organization dedicated to promoting interest and education in the field of veterinary medicine and establishing communication and community among pre-veterinary clubs and organizations. The APVMA has several member clubs located in colleges and universities across the United States, including the NC State Pre-Veterinary Club. The annual APVMA National Symposim allows pre-veterinary students the chance to participate in a variety of workshops, lectures, labs, and hands-on modules as well as network with other pre-veterinary students and mentors. Each year, VetPAC organizes a trip to the APVMA Symposium for members of the VetPAC community.
