Nigeria’s Minister of Agriculture Visits NC State

Midway through the month of September 2016, Chief Audu Ogbeh, minister of agriculture and rural development in Nigeria, visited NC State. During his visit, he met with Jose Cisneros, director of CALS International Programs, and a local delegation of Nigerians at the James B. Hunt Jr. Library. They discussed the important role of agriculture in Nigeria’s future as well as opportunities for collaboration with NC State.

We hope that this is the first of many visits from Chief Ogbeh and there will be opportunities to work together in the future.
