Samuel Mwangi

Bio

Samuel Mwangi earned his bachelor’s, master’s and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. His research focuses on poultry nutrition, management and disease. Currently, he is exploring strategies to alleviate heat stress while enhancing food safety and improving the welfare of pastured poultry. His work aims to promote the health and productivity of poultry in outdoor production systems.
