Bio

Abby joined the CALS team with a background in student success and music education. After earning her bachelor’s in music education from Campbell University and teaching high school choir, her passion for student development led her to Appalachian State University, where she completed her master’s in higher education. With prior experience as a TRIO coordinator and academic advisor, Abby now specializes in helping students navigate the transfer process. Outside of the office, she is an avid traveler who frequently heads to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina.
