Behind the Scenes: Milking at the Fair

Every year the Animal Science Club at NC State brings cows from the Dairy Education Unit to the State Fair to teach the public how to properly milk a cow. The exhibit, which is run completely by students, helps spread awareness and education about animal agriculture.
