Retired Extension specialist’s life to be celebrated in Chapel Hill

A celebration of the life of Dr. Justine J. Rozier will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 19, in Chapel Hill. Rozier, who passed away on Jan. 12 at the age of 95, was a retired Extension family resource management specialist at NC State.
