Our team at CALS Global Academy understands the interdisciplinary nature of most real-world challenges and solutions. We are dedicated to bringing together a diverse set of instructors and researchers to serve our trainees in any topic.
In addressing training needs, we call upon our colleagues from across the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences as well as those from other colleges on campus. Experts from the following CALS departments have participated in our previous training sessions: Crop and Soil Sciences; Horticultural Science; Agricultural and Resource Economics; Applied Ecology; Poultry Science; Food, Bioprocessing and Nutrition Sciences; and Agricultural and Human Sciences.
To deliver the most relevant and effective training, we often invite our colleagues from various institutes on campus such as the Genetic Engineering and Society Center, the USDA Center for Plant Health Science and Technology, and the Golden Leaf Biomanufacturing Training and Education Center. Having access to such a diverse pool of resources allows us to offer highly customizable training programs in an efficient manner.
