This virtual three-part series will discuss forage management for horse owners. Each of the three virtual sessions will be a 12:00 p.m. EST.
About this Event
On December 10 we will discuss hay including taking and interpreting a forage analysis, hay varieties, economics, and determining hay quality.
On January 14 we will discuss soil fertility and pasture management to include taking and interpreting a soil sample, grazing management, and fertilization.
On February 11 we will discuss weed control for grazing to include weed identification for weeds common in our area and control options.
