Adrian Percy, one of the world’s top leaders in the field of agriculture, is set to become the first executive director of the North Carolina Plant Sciences Initiative: a world-class research and innovation effort that is poised to solve some of the world’s grandest agricultural issues and advance the state’s economy. The initiative’s home, the Plant Sciences Building, is under construction on NC State’s Centennial Campus, thanks to the support of donors and a statewide bond referendum.

Help Feed the Pack

The Feed the Pack food pantry has recently seen a decline in food donations and would like to encourage the NC State community to help replenish its shelves. In the month of August, the pantry distributed 9,263 pounds of food over 657 visits.
