Leelee Votaw

Bio

Leelee Votaw is a second-year undergraduate student majoring in biological and agricultural engineering technology with a minor in animal science. She is a sister of Sigma Alpha, a professional agricultural sorority, as well as a member of NC State’s animal science club and the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers. Leelee wants to pursue a career in precision livestock farming, aiming to implement technology in animal agriculture to enhance animal welfare, farm efficiency and long-term sustainability. She is from Harrells, North Carolina, and she enjoys traveling, painting, welding, gardening and hiking.
