The Department of Applied Ecology is excited to present our new weekly seminar series. In an era where our planet faces an array of ecological challenges, this series aims to foster a deeper understanding of the intricate relationships between ecosystems, species, and human impacts. Each week, we will delve into the practical applications of ecological principles in solving real-world, global challenges.

We will meet at David Clark Labs lecture hall, room 101, at 4 p.m. with a happy hour discussion afterward off-campus. Snacks will be provided at the seminar. Join us to explore innovative strategies, share groundbreaking insights, and nurture a community dedicated to advancing applied ecology.

Applied Ecology will host weekly, in-person seminars in David Clark Labs 101 every Thursday from 4-5 p.m. Seminars are being organized by David Tarpy and Becky Irwin. Please contact them with any questions or requests.
