Curriculum for Agricultural Science Education

The Curriculum for Agricultural Science Education Institute (CASE) is an intensive professional development workshop leading to certification in a specific CASE course. Sessions provide teachers with important background related to the pedagogy used in CASE curricula and prepare them for classroom instruction.

DELTA

DELTA is a 40-hour new teacher induction program that meets the DPI-sponsored requirement for provisionally licensed Career and Technical Education teachers. Students are required to complete all seven components to graduate.

Family Life Coaching Accelerated Course

This BCC-approved, 30-hour CEU is a distance-education course that prepares family and youth practitioners to meet the growing demands of families. Students focus on life coaching to help families and youth reach goals and achieve happiness and explore and examine theoretical and empirical literature in coaching.

LEAP

LEAP is an online alternative teacher certification program in agricultural education. Students who complete LEAP will receive a class “A” teaching license in North Carolina.
