NC State Extension Launches Portal for COVID-19 Resources

COVID-19 has disrupted our lives and routines, from how we work, play and parent, to how we learn, shop and connect with our community. To help North Carolinians adjust to this “new normal,” NC State Extension has launched a COVID-19 Resources and Information Portal.

This website will be managed by NC State Extension specialists and subject matter experts and is intended to provide research-based information to help navigate the COVID-19 pandemic and address the challenges associated with the virus.

“Our top priority is the health and well-being of the people of North Carolina,” said NC State Extension Director Rich Bonanno. “Our specialists are producing new research-backed information to help farmers and agribusinesses, individuals, families and community leaders address the challenges of this virus today and for the weeks ahead.”

Resources are currently organized in the following categories:
Farms & Agribusiness
Food Safety
Youth & Family
Health & Wellness

Visitors to the website can subscribe to receive email updates and also share their COVID-19 questions and provide suggestions for additional resources and information.
