Microbiome Research Featured

The research of Drs. Marc Cubeta and Ignazio Carbone was featured recently at NC State University’s Microbiomes: Unseen Opportunities for Agriculture and Health conference.

The Oct. 20 event, part of the college’s Stewards of the Future series, focused on ways the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences is exploring the benefits of microbiomes. In their conference video presentation, Cubeta and Carbone discuss how their plant pathology research could help improve plant health and crop yields. They work in CALS’ Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology.
