Wellness Webinars

University Human Resources will offer a slate of wellness webinars for staff and faculty in August and September. The webinars will focus on various topics, from the benefits of walking to making healthy food choices when you’re busy. Three webinars will take place Sept. 19, one of our designated wellness days for the 2023-24 academic year. We especially want to encourage employees to attend at least one wellness session that day.

The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program will present all the webinars below, except for Self-Care vs. After Care, led by Marcy Bullock, director of professional development at the NC State Career Development Center. Registration is not required for Self-Care vs. AfterCare, and it will be presented twice in September. The links to access that webinar are below.

Registration is required to attend the FASAP webinars. To register for a webinar, click the registration link that accompanies that webinar.
